Dry and hot continues into Monday leading to more hazy skies
TONIGHT: We will have hazy skies tonight for central ID mostly for Salmon and Challis. Some of this haziness can even get into the upper Snake River Plain tonight. The rest of the region will have clear to mostly clear skies out throughout the overnight. Winds will look to be mostly calm between 5-15 mph. Low temperatures get back down to the 50's.
MONDAY: Sunny skies can be found throughout the entire day Monday with no chances of any rain. This will also lead to more hazy skies for central ID and the Snake River Plain. Winds will be calm between 5-10 mph. High's get back into the upper 80's and lower 90's.
LONG TERM: Dry weather continues for the beginning of the work week. Then, isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will look to get back into the picture for Thursday and Friday with greater chances for rain over the mountains of central ID and western WY. Stray rain showers could even follow that up into next weekend. Winds will be calm until Thursday with winds ramping up to 15-25 mph on Thursday and Friday. High temperatures aren't expected to change much over the next week. There could be a slight increase in high's into the mid 90's by mid week, but for the most part temperatures will stick to the upper 80's and lower 90's.
