Winter weather advisory continues for lower Snake River Plain - 9am tomorrow,w/ lower valley wind advisory. This stretch of I-15 has been added and time extended into drive time tomorrow morning at 9am. 1-3" are possible in lower elevations...and winds of 20-30mph
