Semi truck crash blocks US 26

One lane of traffic was reopened at around 1:42 p.m. Tuesday
ORIGINAL STORY:
Traffic was blocked on US Highway 26, about 7 miles west of the Wyoming border Tuesday morning.
A truck hauling insulation tipped over, according to Idaho State Police. They said it would take some time for the road to be cleared.
The crash was reported just before 8 a.m. at milepost 395. It blocked both east and westbound traffic.
