Major highways close due to severe winter weather

EASTERN IDAHO (KIFI)-Severe winter weather has caused some major highways and roads to close, due to driving conditions and crashes.

The latest highway to close is U.S. Highway 20 from Ashton to the Montana border.

Highway 87 from Henry's Lake to the Idaho/Montana border is also closed.

ID state highway 33 from Newdale to Tetonia is still closed, including state highway 32 from Ashton to Tetonia.

Northbound traffic on I-15 near Pocatello was impacted near mile marker 67. All Lanes were blocked due to multiple crashes on the south side of Pocatello earlier on Saturday.

Highway 26 from Ririe to Swan Valley, and the Teton Pass was shut down earlier on Saturday due to blowing snow., but has since re-opened.
