New traffic lights fully functional at busy intersection

AMMON, Idaho (KIDK/KIFI) - The new traffic lights at Sunnyside and Ammon Roads are fully functional as of Monday night.

Crews began with the infrastructure and widening the configuration of the intersection a few months ago. They installed the poles and the cross-arms just before Thanksgiving.

This intersection was previously a four-way stop.
