Tour bus stops at Idaho Falls museum

A rolling museum about guitars is making a stop at the Museum of Idaho.

The Gibson Tour Bus now in Idaho Falls is one of four in the nation.

It was built for the guitar company. Celebrities like Paul McCartney and Jack Nicholson have used it for special occasions.

The Museum of Idaho’s director of exhibitions said this bus is a promotion for their guitar exhibition at the museum.

“Kind of a jump start in the community as far as music,” said Rod Hansen. “There are so many people out there who live music, and they really need to catch this exhibit before it’s gone.”

The bus will be in front of the museum until Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Tickets are $8.
