Upper Valley businesses see big boost thanks to tourism
Yellowstone broke it’s all time record for the most visitors in a one month period. Just under 1 million people stopped by in July. Big tourism numbers like that put a lot of money back into our area.
“It’s on everybody’s bucket list and we benefit from our geographical proximity,” said Tom Walsh, chairman of the Yellowstone Teton Travel committee.
The YTT believes the economic impact from tourism will be at least $1 billion.
