Sollis named EIRMC CEO

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center has named Jeff Sollis as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2018.

Sollis is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of the hospital. He succeeds Doug Crabtree, who announced his retirement as CEO earlier this year.

According to EIRMC, Sollis has nearly 10 years of various hospital leadership experiences at large facilities across the nation. In his current position at EIRMC, he has had administrative and operational oversight of the 334-bed medical/surgical hospital, freestanding behavioral health hospital and cancer center.

Sollis has been integral in recruiting physicians to support major services at EIRMC including cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, electrophysiology, psychiatry, pediatric sub-specialties, and radiation oncology.

Prior to joining EIRMC, Sollis served as COO at Timpanagos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, Assistant COO at HCA Wesley Medical Center in Witchita, Kanas, and Assistant Administrator at HCA North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colorado.
