Students Tape Elementary Principal To Wall
Students taped Fairview Elementary School’s Principal Jason Lords to the wall Wednesday.
Mrs. Durfee?s first-grade class won the chance to hang their principal on the wall.
He was taped to the wall for the whole school to see during lunchtime.
The event was thought up by the school?s librarian as a way to get the kids to the Barnes and Noble book fair to benefit the school earlier this month.
Students asked the principal a lot of questions, most asking if he was comfortable.
?If you?re asking me if I want to be here all night, no, but it is not too bad, not as bad as it looks, anyway,? said Lords as he was stuck to the wall.
He did admit he was nervous his staff wouldn?t let him down for a couple of days.
They got him down after lunch.
