LDS Conference Comes To A Close
The 182nd Annual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints wrapped up Sunday.
Tens of thousands of LDS church members flocked to Salt Lake City to receive guidance at the two-day event.
Leaders announced at the conference that Larry Echo Hawk, a top official for the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, will become a member of the Quorum of the Seventy.
Hawk will resign from his government position to serve in the new church leadership role
