Pink Flamingos May Be Coming To Lawn Near You

A flock of pink flamingos showed up in the flower beds of the Idaho Falls City Hall Annex, and no, they aren’t escapees from the zoo.

The birds are part of a Relay for Life fundraiser and will be making the rounds. For $10, the flamingos will be removed, and for another $5, you can buy insurance that the birds will never return. Another $5 will let you send the flamingos to someone else’s lawn.

The big question: Are they going to leave the City Annex?

“There has been an anonymous donation by the city to have the flock removed,? said Andrea Todd of the American Cancer Society, but the next stop for the flock is being held under wraps.
