Grace Lutheran Breaks Ground On New Building
Grace Lutheran Church took its first step on Sunday in what’s said to be a much-needed expansion.
With one prayer and three digs, all of Sunday’s attending congregation at Grace Lutheran had a hand in breaking ground.
The expansion will be home to the school’s early learning center and will allow the school to add more students to its graduating class.
The project will cost just more than $1 million.
Pastor Jonathan Dinger said it’s step one in a three step process that will include a new gym, a new worship space, and hopefully a high school.
Parents are excited about seeing the school grow.
“Grace has been a great blessing to our family, and to see it grow is really inspiring. And we’re thankful for it because that means more families can be blessed by it,” said Dari Willey. She has three children in the program and lives right behind the church.
Building is set to begin sometime this week.
