Episcopal church in Pocatello burglarized
Police are trying to figure out who broke into a Pocatello church.
On Sunday, members of the Trinity Episcopal Church arrived to find a broken window and a big mess.
Pocatello police said there could be more than one person involved in the burglary. A computer monitor was taken from the church, but nothing else was missing.
Through the ordeal, church leaders said they are thankful for a supportive community.
“A gigantic mess. We were all just looking at going, ‘Where do we start?’ and these seven folks came in, these seven college students and they just got to work and they just made a great project out of it so we’re really grateful,” said church leader Anne LoPiccalo.
The church is still tallying up an exact dollar amount for the damage done.
