Pickup wrecks on I-15
A man was hospitalized after a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Blackfoot on Thursday.
Idaho State Police said Nathan J. Hanson, 37 years old of Pocatello, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet C15 pickup, when he went off the left side of I-15, over a raised berm, and rolled until the pickup rested on its top.
Hanson was not wearing a seatbelt, ISP said. He was transported by ambulance to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
The left lane on the north side of the road was blocked for about an hour for emergency crews.
The crash is under investigation by ISP.
