Parts stolen from used car lot

Idaho Falls police are investigating the theft of $8,000 in auto parts from the Ron Sayer Dodge used car lot.

Police were called Friday morning after employees from the car lot on Northgate Mile reported the theft of two catalytic converter assemblies were taken off of two diesel trucks. The assemblies are valued at $4,000 apiece.
One assembly was stolen sometime late Thursday night and Friday morning. The other was stolen sometime in the seven days before.
