Merril Hoge returns to ISU to speak about concussions
Known for being a hard nosed, blue collar running back, Merril Hoge delivered a lot of hits throughout his football career. It took just two to knock him out of football forever. Hoge returned to Idaho State on Thursday to speak about safety in the game of football.
