Fort Hall police block street

Fort Hall police have blocked off a street in the Fort Hall townsite.

Shoshone-Bannock tribal spokesperson Randy’L Teton said police were attempting to serve a tribal member with a state warrant. Police took the precaution because they believed the person might be armed.

The incident began before 1 p.m. Thursday.
