Child killed in hit-and-run in Jerome
The driver in a deadly hit-and-run in Jerome has turned himself in, Idaho State Police said Monday.
He is Bernave Avila, 24, of Jerome.
The 2-year-old boy who was struck and killed while crossing a street on Friday evening has been identified as Damian Garcia Eudade. He was crossing 21st Avenue west of Tiger Drive.
