Man arrested after commotion at Shilo

An Idaho Falls man was arrested on various charges on Friday after an incident at the Shilo Inn.

Around 10 p.m., Shilo security detained Nikolai M. Novack, 21, for being combative, kicking tables and creating a disturbance in the bar, Idaho Falls police said.

Police arrested him on a charge of disturbing the peace. As they led him out of the lobby, he kicked two officers, police said.

Now Novack also faces two counts of felony battery on an officer, as well as obstructing and resisting an officer.
