Radiothon to benefit Primary Children’s Hospital

Radio stations around southeast Idaho are raising money for Primary Children’s Hospital.

The annual radiothon started Tuesday and continued Wednesday, with five stations working together to raise tens of thousands of dollars to provide hospital care for sick children.

One family served by the hospital said it’s humbled by the generosity of southeast Idaho.

“And there is no way that we would be able to this without our community support,” said Cara Olaveson Barnes, whose 2-year-old daughter has a rare form of leukemia. “So there are no words to convey our thanks.”

You can donate to the radiothon by calling Rich Broadcasting at (208) 529-1057.
