Madison Cares awarded $100,000 federal grant

Designed to help bring struggling students back from the brink, the Madison Cares program has been running at both Madison and Sugar-Salem School Districts for the past five years.

With a new, two-year $100,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the districts plan to take the program further by training 450 people in the program.
