Sexual assault reported on ISU campus
Idaho State University Officials sent an email to students reporting a sexual assault occurred on the campus on Oct. 4.
The university issued an email to students that said public safety received a report of a sexual assault in Turner Hall. The email stated university officials know the identity of the alleged assailant and they believe he is not currently residing in Pocatello. The email also said that the suspect had been banned from ISU property.
University officials said the incident has been reported to the Pocatello police Department and the victim does not wish to pursue criminal charges at this time.
