Your Health Idaho open house held
Your Health Idaho held a free insurance enrollment open house in Rexburg on Wednesday.
Local agents and brokers helped people choose their health insurance plans through the state-run exchange. It also gave people a chance to talk to experts about their insurance needs.
The program has seen a lot of people continuing their coverage from last year.
“Most of the people that we have showing up for our events, so far this year have either been in the program since last year and they’re renewing their policies for next year, or their looking to get a new policy for the year 2015,” said Randy Gardner of Your Health Idaho.
Last year, about 76,000 Idahoans signed up for private health insurance through the exchange.
