Fremont County man arrested on rape charges
The Fremont County Sheriff’s office arrested Timothy Ray Greene on charges of rape February 29th.
The rape investigation began on January 1, 2016 when the sheriff’s office responded to Madison Memorial Hospital for a possible rape. The sheriff’s office investigate the allegations and on February 25 they obtained a warrant for the arrest of Greene.
Greene was arrested February 29 and booked into the Fremont County Jail. Bond was set at $75,000 and Greene has since bonded out on the charges.
The investigation of the case is ongoing.
