Travis Castro waives right to preliminary hearing
The man who stole guns last month waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Travis Castro was arrested in August after a police chase that began in St. Anthony and went through downtown Rexburg. The chase ended with Castro crashing on Rexburg’s main street. Four guns reported stolen from Guns and Gear were found in the truck when he was arrested, police said.
Castro’s next court date has not yet been scheduled.
