Scattered snow showers will continue tonight, especially for the Central Mountains and the Snake Highlands or Clark and Fremont Counties. A quick shot at high pressure for Friday, before more scattered snow showers set in for early Saturday. A COLD blast of air arrives next week, with clearing, cold conditions. Tonight, snow will begin to taper off with a few light showers over the high country. Partial clearing with chilly temps into the teens. Friday, aside from a few morning flurries and clouds, some clearing skies will allow for peeks of sunshine. Highs into the 20’s. Saturday, A 30 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 30°. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Best chance for snow will be up around Island Park and along the Montana Divide. Sunday, A 50 percent chance of snow. Strong southwestern winds with a mostly cloudy sky and a high near 40°.
