Sheriff’s Administrative office closed for safety reasons

Because of large metal roof components falling off, Teton County, Wyoming officials have closed the Sheriff’s Office Administration Building. The Teton County Trash Transfer Station is closed to the public until further notice, however, the Recycling Center is open for regular business. WYDOT also announced that Highway 89 through the Snake River Canyon will be closed until at least 8 a.m. Friday morning. Earlier, WYDOT said Teton Pass, Highway 22, would be closed until at least 8 a.m. Saturday. Among other storm related closures, the Cache Creek trailhead parking area and the Bridger Teton National Forest portion of the road are closed to ice and flooding. There is no estimated reopening time.
