Update: All lanes of I-86 reopened after flooding
Update 2:07 pm: Idaho State Police and the Idaho Transportation Department are both reporting that the eastbound lanes of I-86 have reopened. Both sides of the freeway near Raft River are now open again after days of being covered by flood waters. Original Story: The Idaho Transportation Department has reopened Interstate 86 westbound lanes. Officials said waters have receded enough to allow traffic to resume. Eastbound lanes are still closed, but ITD hoped those lanes may be ready to open Thursday afternoon.
