Our ridge of high pressure is shifting to the east and starting to break down as it slides off to Wyoming. Expect a hot Monday with late evening thunderstorms into early Tuesday. More scattered thunderstorms for Tuesday and Wednesday with cooler temps, thanks to a cold front. Monday: Partly cloudy with highs near 90 and scattered T-storms in the central mountains. Thunderstorms for the Snake River Plain late into the evening with gusty winds. Tuesday: Cooler with highs into the upper 70’s and lower 80’s with scattered thunderstorms, gusty winds. Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with afternoon thunderstorms. Highs into the mid 70’s, with gusty winds.
