I-84 crash near Hazelton blocks right lane and shoulder

The Idaho State Police is investigating a crash going westbound on Interstate 84 at milepost 196 near the Hazelton exit.

ISP said the right lane and shoulder are blocked.

Officers are merging traffic to the left lane to get through the scene.
