Missing Downey woman found safe in Bingham County
The Bannock County Sheriff’s Office confirms Ruth Jensen, 70, was found at a friend’s home in Blackfoot late Sunday evening.
Sheriff Lorien Nielson said they were tipped off that Jensen was in Blackfoot after someone reported her going door-to-door asking for directions to her former Blackfoot home.
Jensen is said to be OK. She was reported missing by family Sunday. She was last seen by them Saturday.
No other information about her disappearance was provided.
