Support Wildland Firefighters at Idaho Museum of Natural History on August 12

The Idaho Museum of Natural History (IMNH) on the Idaho State University campus will donate all admission fees collected on Saturday, Aug. 12, to help wildland firefighters.

ISU officials report all admission fees will be donated to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF), a non-profit organization that helps families of firefighters injured or killed in the line of duty. WFF honors and acknowledges past, present, and future members of the wildland firefighting community, and partners with private and interagency organizations to bring recognition to wildland firefighters.

IMNH is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and officials said cash is preferred for entry.

Visitors can also make a direct donation to the WFF at any time while at the museum.
