Weather update for August 13th

A cold front is making its way into the region. A few thunderstorms and rain showers have developed ahead of the front. It is likely the cold front will stall over the region on Sunday night. A second round of thunderstorms and rain will develop across the region on Sunday night and early Monday morning. More thunderstorms will develop across Southeastern Idaho Monday afternoon as the cold front moves east.

From Wednesday on, expect drier and warmer weather conditions.

Monday: Mostly cloudy. Chance of thunderstorms. Highs in the low 70’s.

Tuesday: Chance of thunderstorms. Mostly sunny. Highs in the 70’s.

Wednesday: Mostly Sunny, with highs in the 80’s.
