Deadly crash north of Malad
A 22-year-old Washington state man is dead after crashing on I-15 just north of Malad.
It happened at approximately 2 a.m. Monday.
Idaho State Police says Joel Urey was heading northbound in the left lane and drove over the left shoulder.
Urey then over-corrected and rolled.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle.
He died from his injures at the scene.
