116th Engineer Battalion holding 50 year reunion
The 116th Engineer Battalion is having a 50 year reunion on September 14th and 15th.
The Battalion was activated for the Vietnam war.
They served in Vietnam from September 1968 to September 1969.
Nearly 50 years later most of the personnel records have been lost.
Nearly 700 men were taken out of the Snake River Valley to serve.
