Melaleuca gives $3 million in employee bonuses

More than 200 Melaleuca employees got a huge pay day Tuesday.

Melaleuca gave out $3 million in bonuses to employees celebrating landmark anniversaries. $5 thousand for a five year anniversary, $10 thousand for 10 years, and so on. Three employees are celebrating 30 years and are receiving a bonus check for $30 thousand. These bonuses reward loyalty and long-term contribution to the company. Employees say it makes a huge difference in their lives.

“For my family it’s an absolute game changer,” said Josh Kunz, a Melaleuca employee celebrating 20 years. “To be able to invest that and for the long term benefit of my family is, it’s unbelievable, honestly. I don’t know very many employers that would make the sacrifice just for showing a little bit of hard work, dedication and showing up to work.”

The employees receiving checks are from all around the world including Idaho, Tennessee, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
