Halloween is a time of year to indulge your imagination, and people are traveling from Pocatello to Idaho Falls to pick up this year’s hottest Halloween costume.
“Fireman.” “I’m going to be a pirate.” “Devil King.” “A zombie.” “Chingchingchong.” “Chingchingchong.”
Nope, that’s not it. There is another costume idea that seems to be flying off the shelves.
“I’ve had a lot of people come in looking for Fortnite,” said Zurchers employee Kendelyn Huston.
Spirit Halloween store manager Amanda Cockerill said the same thing.
“Our hottest costume right now is Fortnight,” said Cockerill.
Some customers even drove to Idaho Falls from Pocatello just to get the costume.
“Yeah, it’s all my kid wants to be for Halloween. Skull trooper, Fortnite is where it’s at. It’s like living the game.”
