Franklin County Sheriff’s Office investigating murder

The Franklin County Sheriff’s office is actively investigating the death of an adult male.

They have been working with Idaho State Police and the Preston Police Department.

The Sheriff’s office is considering the death as a homicide.

The ISP crime scene unit is on site to help with the scene.

Interviews have been conducted with many people at this time.

There have been no arrests made at this point in the investigation.

The crime scene is located at a residence on the eastern side of the count.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is withholding the name of the victim and details on the cause of death.
