Idaho Falls woman charged with theft
Idaho Falls Police arrested Sarah Elizabeth Kjar, 23, of Idaho Falls Tuesday.
Kjar is accused of defrauding her former employer, Castle Rock Homes, while she was employed there between June 2017 and September 2018.
The alleged embezzlement surpassed $200,000.
According to police reports, Kjar used a company credit card and also processed checks written to herself and others.
She was formally charged with two counts of grand theft and two counts of forgery. She will make a preliminary court appearance May 1.
