Endangered missing person alert canceled

CALDWELL, Idaho (KIFI) - UPDATE 8/16/23: Idaho State Police report the endangered missing person for Jay Hartsock has been canceled.

Officials say Hartsock has been located.

ORIGINAL: Police have issued an endangered missing person alert for an 85-year-old man.

Police say Jay Hartsock was last seen fishing in the area of Riverside and Lowell below the dam at Lake Lowell, Caldwell.

He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, jeans and possibly a camel sweatshirt.
