Fatal crash westbound I-84 in Jerome

JEROME, Idaho (KIFI) - A 34-year-old Wendell man was killed in a crash Saturday on westbound Interstate 84, near milepost 177, in Jerome County, Idaho.

According to Idaho State Police, a 2003 Honda Accord, driven by a 34-year-old Wendell man was traveling westbound on Interstate 84 at 2:32 p.m. when the vehicle went off the roadway and overturned.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
