HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Democrats are clinging to a one-seat Pennsylvania House majority but that could change when voters fill a suburban Philadelphia vacancy next week. Mike Zabel resigned in March, a week after a lobbyist accused him by name of sexual harassment.
