Police locate missing juvenile

REXBURG, Idaho (KIFI) - UPDATE: The Madison County Sheriff's Office reports Seth has been located safe.

ORIGINAL: The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing 17-year-old.

Police say Seth Taylor was last seen on Monday in the parking lot of Madison High school where he refused to get into the vehicle of a relative who was his ride home from school. The relative attempted to follow after Seth but lost sight of him near the McDonalds on University Ave. in Rexburg.

According to police, he was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a red symbol on the upper left of the chest, gray sweats with a black pattern on them, black tennis shoes, a black ball cap and a gray backpack.

It was reported Seth does not have his cellphone nor wallet with him.
