REXBURG, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Lori Vallow-Daybell waived her rights to a speedy trial during a pre-trial conference Friday before Judge Michelle Radford Mallard in Rexburg.

A jury trial was set for January 25 through January 29, 2021, in Madison County. Daybell's attorney, Mark Means, has reserved his right to request a change in venue.
Judge Mallard reduced bond Friday to $150,000. That breaks down to $50,000 for each misdemeanor charge. Daybell is charged with resisting or obstructing police, solicitation of a friend to lie about her knowledge, and contempt for refusing to produce her children for law enforcement.
Attorneys for Vallow-Daybell have entered a not-guilty plea in the Madison County court case.
Vallow-Daybell is already being held on $1 million bond in a Fremont County case charging her with two counts of conspiracy to alter or destroy evidence. A preliminary hearing in that case is currently set for August 10-11, 2020.
