Industrial hemp bill passes House

BOISE, Idaho (KIFI) - The Idaho House passed a bill Monday to legalize the production of industrial hemp.

Lawmakers in support of the bill say Idaho is the only state in the nation that has not done this, and industrial hemp has been federally legal for some time.

The bill now goes to the Senate.
