Committee kills Ehardt’s sex education bill
BOISE, Idaho (KIFI) - The Senate Education Committee killed Idaho Falls Representative Barbara Ehardt's Sex Education Bill.
It had already passed the House.
The bill would have changed Idaho's law so parents have to opt-in their students into sex education from the current law allowing parents to opt-out of those classes.
