Mustangs clinch a spot in the ICFL title game

SHELLEY, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - New year, new league, and the same Idaho Mustangs winning football games.

The Mustangs clinched a spot in the Idaho Contact Football League Championship with their 50-0 win over Mini-Cassia.

The Eastern Division champions used reigning Offense MVP Morris Bunn to score their opening touchdown.

Quarterback AJ Martin threw three touchdowns in the first two quarters.

The Mustangs will play the Black Tide in the title game on August 8. Kickoff from Greenleaf Friends Academy in Greenleaf, Idaho is set for 5 pm.
