Mountain snows and cold rain/slush

We are starting with cold 20's this morning as we track the storm which will shake you down today.  Snow expected for mountains, Sun Valley, Challis, McKay will see a few inches, Tetons get a good snow to set up the snow pack at Grand Targhee and areas around Jackson are under w winter weather advisory,  For the valley, scattered snow/rain showers with highs in the lower 40's. Gusty SW winds10-20 MPH. it's a sloppy joe kind of day and you'll need a beanie

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TUESDAY TO 6 AM MST WEDNESDAY…

Snow expected 6 to 10 inches for the Tetons and southwestern Yellowstone National Park. Remaining areas of the Park and Gros Ventre mountains will see 3 to 6 inches of snow in the higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
