Another round of scattered snow is expected for Thursday as a system moves in from the west. Downslope winds for Thursday, could limit some snow development in the Snake River Plain.

OVERNIGHT: Scattered snow showers with lows into the lower 20's. Winds at 15-25 MPH.

THURSDAY: A chance of snow with cloudy skies. Highs around 30°. Winds in the 15-25 MPH range.

FRIDAY: Partly cloudy and cold with highs into the upper 20's, with winds around 15-25 MPH.

  • WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches.
  • WHERE…Shoshone, Richfield, Carey, Burley, Rupert, Heyburn, and Oakley.
  • WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Thursday.
  • IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
