OVERNIGHT: Areas of fog with partly cloudy skies, lows around 10° with NE winds at 5-10MPH.

SATURDAY: Areas of fog in the morning with mostly sunny skies in the afternoon, highs into the lower 30's with winds at 5-10 MPH.

SUNDAY: Patchy freezing morning fog with highs into the mid 30's with partly sunny skies.

MONDAY: Patchy freezing fog with partly cloudy skies. Highs in the upper 30's to lower 40's, with increasing clouds Monday night. Monday Night, a chance of snow after 11pm. Patchy freezing fog after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20°.

TUESDAY: A chance of snow with mostly cloudy skies and highs into the mid 30's.

DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MST SATURDAY…

  • WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
  • WHERE…Mud Lake, INL, Craters of the Moon NM, Idaho Falls,
    Rexburg, St. Anthony, Pocatello, Blackfoot, American Falls,
    Shelley, Fort Hall, Burley, Rupert, Heyburn, and Oakley
  • WHEN…Until 10 AM MST Saturday.
  • IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Very light ice accumulation resulting in
    isolated slick road conditions is possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
